Student Health Clinic
- Secure communication with the MSU Student Health
- Upload and submit required immunizations and TB (tuberculosis) screening form and UHC (United Health Care) Student Plan ID numbers
- Obtain immunization records
- Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments
- Complete health history forms ie. Tuberculosis Screening, STD Screening and annual physicals
- Access patient education materials
